BIOGRAPHY/HISTORY: H. (Hugh) Allen Anderson was a professor of Economics at Texas Tech University. He was also a History and Band instructor at Lubbock High School. He was born at Anson, Texas, and served in the Air Force between 1942 and 1946. His son, H. Allen Henderson is a History graduate of Texas Tech University. He has written numerous articles and teachings in the Lubbock Independent School District.
